Giving the DOJ the power to tap the phone of the people who would be speaking to their bosses political rival during an election should have required extraordinary circumstance which does not seem to be the case here. The judge needs to answer some pointed questions.

I guarantee that if anyone on the Clinton campaign had called the Russian Ambassador during the campaign and discussed ending policies Russia disliked, they would, er, what was the Convention chant? "Lock her up, lock her up, lock her up...." I remember, because Flynn actually LED that chant at one point.
