View original postHmm....I tend to like my steaks without sauce. With a marinade, sure, but without sauce afterwards. If the steak is cooked the way it "should be", it will never need sauce, IMO.
But what about the mashed potatoes? I don't like those without sauce, unless they have cheese in them.
