It's not being used as a residence. No-one is living there. Rebekah Send a noteboard - 20/11/2013 04:26:05 PM

The term "holiday let" doesn't refer to the entire length of the Summer break. It just means a place where people stay when they're on holiday, for a few days or whatever. They don't sign leases.

She does state on the website that she's prepared to do longer-term lets (which doesn't bother us because, as you say, they sign a lease and have to provide references), but what she wants to use it for is short stays of a couple of days.

It's already reserved for 5 days over Hogmanay/New Year.

For the door, yes. For the holiday let, I don't think so. - 16/11/2013 09:58:30 AM 909 Views

Perhaps I don't grasp the gravity of the situation. - 16/11/2013 03:52:15 PM 927 Views
It's more irritating that grave, but I do worry about security to an extent. - 16/11/2013 07:47:02 PM 837 Views

Not always, according to what title deeds and zoning restrictions say. *NM* - 16/11/2013 10:32:20 PM 402 Views

For zoning purposes it's being used as a residence. Don't be daft. - 20/11/2013 02:24:54 PM 833 Views
