God is on record against murder, but the issue is when there is a person to murder. According to the bill GOP Congressman Todd Akin wrote, co-sponsored by GOP VP nominee Ryan and GOP Congressman Paul Ryan, it is 9 weeks after fertilization, when embyros become fetuses. I actually tend to agree, but there is no proof (and precious little evidence.) The US government should not condemn pregnant women to die because of what I strongly suspect but cannot prove.
