I think I haven't forgotten a step...


My immediate manager is ok. He's great about my ill health but crap at actually managing and is a little too fond of passing his work on to other people. That said, he has far too much to do and his manager really needs to support him better.

So. 2/5, I guess.

He likes me, though, so I don't get the crap the rest of my team gets. I seem to have that effect on men my Dad's age. I think I remind them of their daughters and thus they're nicer than they should be.
