A "report this user" button/ link would be helpful

I saw a really inflamatory post and I wanted to report it to a mod/ admin so they could take apropriate action if they deemed it nesecary.
The problem was, I couldn't find a way to report the post/ user.
I think it would be helpful if the board had one.

Best way to deal with that, I think, is the NB the admin (Sidious)
And link to the post in question.
