I'm sorry, I probably read about this somewhere on the site but could you please explain to me what this BOOK CLUB is?

Right: it's when we choose a book for everyone to read (everyone, dammit people!) by a set date, and then on said date we'll post some starter questions and everyone can discuss it happily. Sort of an organised way to encourage involvement.

Jake's Lamentation discussion thread is the same concept just less formally organised.
