View original postThat I've kind of just lost interest. I'll try to read it at some point, but it's certainly not very high on my agenda.

View original postI happened to pick up Lies a few weeks ago. Then I read Red Seas. By the time I finished that and looked on Amazon, the new book was available for preorder and delivery the next day! So, for once, I didn't have to suffer years of waiting.

View original postI DID notice, however, that he's doing a small prequel you can preorder for March 2015. Seriously?? Get off your lazy ass and write, dude!

The author has seriously bad depression and goes through periods where he is very unproductive to the extent that I don't think he worked Republic of Thieves for more than a year at one point.

He's apparently in good form at the moment, but his marriage broke up around a year or two back when he was at the height of his struggles.
