If you were only allowed one recipe book, which one would you choose? Rebekah Send a noteboard - 09/01/2012 01:46:34 PM
I'm planning to get a little more adventurous in my cooking, as long as it doesn't cost too much, and thus would like to add a book to my recipe book collection. I currently have a few NZ books, Nigella's Kitchen and various cheap everything books, not to mention some delightful chocolate and dessert recipe books. I also have The Essential Beaton, although that's more for the novelty value than for the recipes. :P

What's your favourite recipe book and why?
