That's not the POV trap - the POV trap is about identifying so strongly with the character providing the POV, that you accept their image of reality as real. Thus you fall into the POV trap if you adopt Rand's mistrust of Aes Sedai because he is 1) generalizing to a large population, 2) doesn't know their motivations as a whole beyond the most general policies, 3) has already concluded that he doesn't understand women and 4) assume that his actions are rights compared to their actions, based upon him being the main character.
What I understand you are asking for, are actual POVs of someone who was at her funeral or saw her die, which in this case, would be an older Two Rivers villager that new her or Tam's POV about the event (which you already asked for).
The POV Trap doesn't really apply here.
