I've done A LOT of volunteer work in my life. There is a saying that has floated around many of the different places I've spent time in trying to my share. That saying is stated many different ways but it basically comes down to:
"90% of the work is done by 20% of the people". I've found this to be true of any organization I've been part of whether volunteer, work, play, whatever.
