In hindsight, just about everything from the frist 3 books

But here are a few specifics:
Moiraine and her stupid staff, why does a trained AS need a "focus" as she put it? I especially love that she calls down Egwene for thinking the staff has power right after she used the thing to perform all kinds of OP tricks!
Callandor being able to split a flow of Balefire ... really?
Learning Taim was not in fact Demandred ... how many books did that one take to figure out?
Nynaeve's block ... for seven books she's stuck with this block, then suddenly she's free of it! Don't get me wrong I think the way it happened was great, but really 7 books into the series?? WTF were the AS in the Tower doing with her for all those months she was there?
Careane killing all those Kin (and Adeleas) without being caught.
Anaiya and Adeleas deaths. RJ seemed strangely reluctant to kill off likable characters randomly ... most others died in a blaze of glory like Ingtar and later Verin. To have two of the "nice" AS end up dead out of nowhere was a bit of a shock to me.

Domani Drag Queen in the White Tower ... Aran'gar watch out!
