Lord of Chaos: Perrin at head of a host of armsmen and wolves going to rescue Rand.
A Crown of Swords: Mat vs. The Gholam
The Path of Daggers: The women using the Bowl of the Winds.
Winter's Heart: (as not to ruin the end) Rand and Padan Fain/Lan and Toram Riatin's fight in Far Madding.
Crossroads of Twilight: Elayne peering over maps of troop movements, with Birgitte and Aviendha in the scene.
Knife of Dreams: I might have Galad's fight with Eamon, actually. Or an utterly misleading Rand and entourage meeting "Tuon".
The Gathering Storm: Egwene fighting off the Seanchan is pretty powerful. I'd likely go with that.
