It amuses me that everyone suddenly started praising Seanchan rule as some sort of template for everyone and Rand supposed to bow to them.
Did everyone forget what happen in Seanchan continent when the whole royal family was wiped out? Yes, that's right. Chaos, wars, etc. Talk about "peace" and "justice".
Seanchan is no better than anybody else. Their "peace" and "justice" is based on the fear of death and slavery. Their nobility have the same lust for power as everybody else in Randland. And they are willing to scheme, start wars, murder people and spread chaos for that. Even more dangerously than evey other nobility in Westland because they have more means and more power to support it.
If Rand would've wiped them our in tGS - I personally would say "Good riddance".
