She didn't really sacrifice her life, her letter to Thom demonstrates that she expected to survive, so I'd certainly classify her far below those who have actually sacrificed their lives, like Bornhald, or who genuinely expect to die but go on anyway, like Rand.
As for her lifetime, as far as I recall, there was nothing to sacrifice. She became Aes Sedai but had no real purpose, the only alternative we are shown is becoming Queen of Cairhien, something she did not desire and sought to avoid and that her newfound cause gave her an excuse to escape. This cause gave her something to do where she had nothing before, nothing that was sacrificed to it.
Dedicated, undoubtedly. But sacrificed? Hardly.
