'superfist' is decidedly less so.
Joking aside, you bring up a very interesting idea. Like you said, if the DO/Shaidar Haran formed a 'superfist' and died, it would provide a very cohesive plot resolution and finish to the rest of the Shadowspawn army - giving true meaning to the title "The Last Battle." I like this idea. It would make even more sense than the end of 'Return of the King', where an apparently sentient earthquake takes out all of the dark forces at the gates of Mordor, but leaves the good guys untouched.
