That there were long lasting quarrels in the Hall and that no women participated in the Strike, because of Latra's Fateful Concord. As I replied to Ryan, I doubt that RJ would wrote SaSG with a wrong or absurd explanation, if it was actually his intention to explain more what happened then. Plus, RJ treats it as being correct in the quote I posted.

It's certainly possible, though, that also ta'vern or the Pattern directly influenced the women not to help LTT.
