I was saying there was a discussion about this a while back, and it might be stored somewhere in it's entirety.
I'm just pointing out that while they've found cuendillar in the form of cups, vases and bowls (Book II, P 431), they never found weapons or armor made of cuendillar from the Age of Legends, and the lack seems very conspicuos. How likely is it, for example, that such a suit of armor would not have been kept, preserved and handed down while household items made of this material were?

I imagine is has to do with the fact that only the end of the AOL was devoted to war... it was a peaceful time until the War of the Power, I believe that they did not think to make massive amounts of cuendillar armor mainly because the war was so much power against power... there are going to be a lot less channelers in this fight I believe and a lot more bows and arrows.

I'm still not sure if cuendillar would be "destroyed" or "remain"

Quick question ...

No - cuendillar just gets stronger the more powerful a force you use against it

Why would this mean that the gateway weave doesn't need to be maintained? *NM*

Because even if it wasn't tied off, it'd get stuck around the cuendillar doorway, unable to close. *NM*
