Well the other day I tried to explain it to her, but I found it quite difficult to do in a short amount of time. I'm trying to get her to try them and I want to attempt it again soon. Does anybody know how I could explain it a little without giving too much away? Again, I tried to do it earlier but it became quite long-winded and she got confused.
There is an audio of RJ giving a "synopsis", out there somewhere. He really describes it in full color without giving away anything.
