I think she will escape, likely with Novices, Accepted and Aes Sedai loyal to her, but she will not have the chance or capability to save all the Aes Sedai who are captured by sul'dam.

She will give up "half the light of the world" in her own way by bringing the Aes Sedai loyal to Rand into a new organization of Aes Sedai and ready them for Tarmon Gaidon, but will not be able to rescue everyone else until after the Last Battle.

The White Tower will be destroyed by the Seanchan forces, but the heart of the Tower will live on if/when she escapes with her Aes Sedai.

I base this largely on the idea that there has been so much written about how she needs to save the Tower for itself using Tower law, but I think the epitome of Tower law is not tied into the Three Oaths or the White Tower itself - it's tied into the hearts of the members.

Tuon may be brought into play by Egeanin in order to lead the damane into TG, but I don't really know how those two fit into things, yet.
