who says it needs to look exactly like their old body

This would effectively freeze physical processes in time since the wharp and weft of the pattern goes through alternate dimensions, people's souls and the time/space continuum.
They have the same bodies that they did in the Age of Legends - it would be pushing the bounds of belief that every time they needed a new body, one that looked exactly like their original could be found.

Also I do not think that the DO has made anyone immortal. The forsaken and darkfriends are just deluding themselves. The only reason the forsaken are still alive at this point is due to being trapped outside the pattern when LTT sealed them away with the DO.
What makes the Forsaken immortal?

I think the Dark One "plucks" their threads from the Pattern and holds them apart from it.

Didn't Graendal say "They'll have to make a new term for us...because we live forever...etc" IIRC?

Or perhaps Moggy meant to ask for that as part of her reward?

Bonden's gives the answer to the OP but now I wonder about their appearance/vitality.
