If you were a high strength male, how would you agree to meet groups of potentially threatening females? Would you meet any group of less than thirteen? Would you also stop at three or scoff at three?
Hmm. I think I would have tried to convince the channeling Aiel wise ones to link with me. We know there are a lot of female channeling wise ones and they were following Rand (sorta anyway). I think if he called on their honor, he could have convinced atleast some to help him. Especially since their view of AS is not all that flattering at this point.
Rand at that point knew that linking with women was possible (both from Asmodean and probably LTT). Infact given that LTT was telling all this other stuff to him, he probably knew even the limits.
If Rand could have convinced 26 women to help, he could have faced the AS with a mixed(if unbalanced towards saidar) circle of 27. At that point he could probably safely allow all 13 AS to come and visit him, something that would certainly mess with their minds.
Is Rand logical when he estimates female danger?

I always like to think that Egwene, Elayne and Aviendha Linked can match Rand.
