It might simply imply that she survived and her name will be mentioned a few times because she will re-appear.
For example, Ishamael was dead for a couple of books, and his name was mentioned a few times - and he came back as Moridin later in the series. The same for Moghedien - the Forsaken mentioned her a few times, but everyone thought she was dead...than the Dark One located her, Aran'gar freed her and she had a mindtrap.
So I'm not as willing to read any implication past what a direct answer to what BS said.
IMHO, I think he tries to be as mysterious as RJ is by using misdirection and ambiguity in his statements, but it doesn't quite has RJ's flair - so I'm leaving him a lot of lee-way in his Q&A answers.
