If the evidence from the book isn't convincing enough, BS even told that Semirhage and Elza were balefired by Rand. We also know that TP balefire is similar to OP balefire.

Personally, I seriously doubt that we ever get another Semirhage or Graendal PoV from the time before their deaths. For example, Sammael also didn't get one after his death in ACoS. Don't see the point in such a PoV.
