Other than a general "reincarnation happens" thing, we don't really know what happens.

So, if someone swears their soul to the DO, do they reincarnate? Are they tortured for eternity? Does it not matter, and once they die, that's it?

"Redemption." What does that mean? There's not an afterlife, as far as we know. Rand might have been completely wrong in tGH- Ingtar swore to the DO, maybe that was enough to doom him for eternity.

Maybe the DO gets ALL souls- that's why we saw Rand's mom. Maybe that was just an illusion.

So many variables.
