1. Demandred remarking that Moridin must be using the TP exclusively. Wouldn't he know that if Moridin was holding the TP? For that matter, since there is one part to the TP (unlike the TS), would e.g., Graendal be able to notice, too? We know Moridin likes to hold the TP just for the rush.
Demandred said that because of the amount of Saa flowing across Moridin's eyes. In fact, I think it was the same sentence.
2. Semirhage's death scene. Wouldn't she realize Rand could channel the TP?
Semirhage knew it wasn't Saidar and knew Rand couldn't use Saidin because of the collar. The True Source is all that was left to explain how Rand started weaving. It is why she thought the Dark One was upset with her, because she thought Rand had been given access to it.
I don't think there has been a scene were Moridin used the True Power in front of other Forsaken. Sammael might have felt something in Shadar Logoth, but since we don't have a POV from him during that battle, we don't know.
And when he was following Sammy and Grendael during their visit to the Shaido, we know he used it after they left, but we don't know how long he had been following them or if he used it around them.
