Her goals concerning Rand are in direct opposition with Moridin's

A scene where Moridin meets Cadsuane and kills her then, considering that Moridin is pretty seclusive and concentrated on Rand.
On the other hand Cadsuane is trying to help Rand regain his sanity which is very much in opposition to Moridin's goals. I don't entirely agree that she is doing all that good of a job at it, but if Moridin were to learn of her, he might well decide to kill her just to be sure. I mean while I am unsure if she really deserves full credit, the fact does remain that Rand's epiphany in Dragonmount was indirectly caused by Cadsuane. If Moridin were to learn of this he might well decide that its worth it to take the time and whack her personally.
I also think we don't really know, if Cadsuane's ter'angreal would alway protects her of saidin. While Setalle Anan believes in KoD that Cadsuane might have a ter'angreal that can disrupt flows of the Power and compares it to Mat's medallion, IIRC we only saw Cadsuane disrupting Semirhage's saidar disguise once. Maybe she isn't protected against saidin, or her ter'angreal works in a way that you have to actively destroy a weave.
Hmm. I somehow had this view that Cadsuane did have a ter'angreal just like Mat's and that it had been confirmed in the books. But now that I actually tried to look for it, I was unable to find any such confirmation. Setalle Anan does suggest it as you say but thats not complete confirmation. Curses.
Still, even the ter'angreal she does have and that we know of for certain would are easily enough to make her too confident when it comes to Moridin. Though admittedly less so than I first believed.
Besides that, as Rahvin showed you can even kill Mat with the OP, if you use indirect effects, like causing a "natural" lightning.
Therefore I believe that Cadsuane would always be careful. Of course, since the ter'angreal likely wouldn't protect her against TP balefire, even if she is prepared to counter an attack, it doesn't really matter.
True about the indirect effects, but has she ever really encountered a real opponent that would have taken advantage of that. Most of the male channelers were probably far less skilled in comparison and at a disadvantage due to her ter'angreal/angreal. Assuming that she has a tool like Mat, I doubt anyone ever managed to fight her long enough to discover that weakness.
My thought is that she might rely too much on her ornaments and get burned(perhaps literally) by that. I doubt Cadsuane even realises that TP exists so there is really no reason for her to be extra-carefull around Moridin.
As another example, one of her ornaments warns her whenever a male channeler holds saidin, so if she sees Moridin and her ornament is silent she will naturally think that he is not holding the power and feel safe, even though Moridin might be brimming with TP at that point.
We know she has used that ter'angreal extensively atleast so she could well rely on that too much to tell her when a fight is about to begin or when a channeler is near. In such a case she might be caught completely off guard when Moridin does strike at her with TP while her detection ter'angreal remains completely silent.
Personally I doubt though, that Moridin or someone else will kill Cadsuane. I rather think Cadsuane will die because of her age shortly before or at TG (this was foreshadowed by her thoughts, IMO).
Possibly, though that would be rather anticlimactic. I figured that since she has all those anti-saidin ter'angreal and because she has hunted down so many saidin users, it would be fitting for the only known TP male channeler to kill her.

She is going to die soon anyway probably. Why not be crushed like a bug by Moridin?
