The moments on Dragonmount and Rhuidean are not the same, IMO

ok so in tgs rand at least believes that LTT was never real and was just a construct of his own mind. i appreciate that HE believes that hehe

was there ever any consensus on this? are we just assuming that he's special? that he has some connection to previous lives as shown in the mtn top? maybe the glass columns that sent him mind questing back along his ancestry kept sending him on back subconsciously or something?
or is he just making another knuckle headed assumption?

I don't think Rand is a direct descendant of LTT. The Rhuidean angreal shows his ancestors' lives, not Rand's own past lives.
We've not really gotten a good answer on this. If it was the taint that gave Rand his added memories/skills... how come we didn't see the same from e.g., Logain?
I think that DomA might be correct that the voice of Lews Therin may just have been Rand's own creation, but I don't really agree (with Rand) that the taint gave him all those memories/skills.
question about rand/ltt
