I have to agree about both Semirhage and Graendal, especially Graendal. She was always my favorite Forsaken and for her to not even get a moment as weak as Semirhage's was made me sad. I keep telling myself it served the story and it really did, but that doesn't mean I have to like it.
Faile knocking off Masema made me happy. I like that we got to read his thoughts as he died. That way they got to kill him off quickly and not lose story time but we also got a huge insight into his character. I loved that.
Egwene and Verin was my favorite scene in the book. "That dress you're wearing is green"
I know I'm in the minority, but I loved Aviendha in this book as well. I knew what was coming but I loved her marching up to the Wise Ones just the same.
I was sad about the Rand and Tam scene. Again, it served the story, but that is soooooo not what I wanted from that long awaited scene.
Happy to see you!

I think we entirely agree.
On a side note, are you still around Olympia?
I was Phelix on wotmania, I will always be Phelix in the "real" world, and now I am Phelix on RAFO.

And does she know that Stilling breaks the Oaths? *NM*

She should. Some of the Aes Sedai who swore to Rand had been Stilled and then Restored by Flinn.

Then, wouldn't the BA/Shadow just kill her off? I think it'd be kind of obvious what she did. *NM*

Doesn't mean they experimented with it.

Rebels had no reason to research a way to break the oaths. Verin did.

I always thought Masema was an irritating distraction and was glad he was killed quickly.
