Plus, Egwene actually knows from her Dreams that she has to work together with the Seanchan:
"Rand confronting her [Egwene], and the women with her, and one of them was a Seanchan.

Well, she did say at the end of tGS that she wanted to train the former Damane as AS ... Elayne has several in custody and Mat's got Seta and Bethamin. Any one of these options can fulfill this Dream.

More likely it's the same Seanchan woman from the other dream (the one who helps her climb). None of the former sul'dam or damane can reach sisterhood soon and I doubt Egwene will go around accompanied by novices. The damane in particular will take a long time to overcome their slave mentality.

And:
"She [Egwene] was struggling up a narrow, rocky path along the face of a towering cliff. [...] Suddenly a woman appeared, clambering down the sheer side of the cliff out of the clouds, making her way as deftly as if she were walking down stairs. There was a sword strapped to her back. Her face wavered, never settling clearly, but the sword seemed as solid as the stone. The woman reached Egwene's level and held out one hand. 'We can reach the top together,' she said in a familiar drawling accent."

Since Egwene knows that her Dreams come true, this could convince her to try to make peace with the Seanchan before TG.

I doubt that, certainly not if she is aware the Seanchan prophecies are corrupted. My best guess is Tylee, who will likely be the commander in any future attack on the WT, now that the Seanchan have Traveling. As the one who captured hundreds of Shaido chennelers, she is the most likely candidate to lead such a venture. I doubt her superiors are aware that she has a lot of misgivings on the campaign, given the need to prepare for the LB.

On the other hand, Tuon might also get a Foretelling from Elaida to convince her that she has to make peace with Rand & the WT in order to defeat the Shadow.

Interesting idea - I did not consider the possibility of a new Elaida foretelling. However, considering Elaida always misinterprets her foretellings, and how much she hates Rand and Egwene, it's hard to believe she will do any such thing. A far more likely scenario is that she will actually encourage the Seanchan to attack the WT, since she believes Egwene is a darkfriend...

Besides that, the Seanchan will probably soon realize that sul'dam (and thus Tuon herself) are channelers as well. This should fundamentally change their society.

Tuon is not a channeler - she has the ability to learn but can't channel. Sul'dam get to the brink of channeling after long wearing the bracelet, but Tuon only did so occasionally, and as an Empress is not likely to wear it again, thus there is very little chance she will start to channel.
I doubt very much that even if the truth becomes known it would make much of a difference, other than starting to test sul'dam later on to see if they started to channel. The damane are too essential to the Seanchan economy and military and a small thing like knowing sul'dam have the ability to learn will make no difference - they will justify it in the same way that Tuon did - she is different because she is not trying to channel.

What do you think will convince the Seanchan and the Aes Sedai to make peace?

Nothing other than one or more of the following:

1. Proof that the damane system is defective and needs to be abandoned: either by developing a way to defeat the a'dam, or by demonstrating that powerful channeling requires removal of the collar - in particular linking.

2. Proof that their prophecies are corrupted. I believe that now that they have Traveling, they will bring the Crystal Throne over, since the Empress is in the mainland, and in order to make Rand bow to it. I believe that somewhere along that path, the Throne (a Ter'angreal that appears to compel people to obey the person seating on it) will be destroyed. It will take away both the means to demand blind obedience and prove the prophecies are wrong.
