This scene shall certainly remind the readers of those Prophecies, probably in particular the importance of the Tinkers and that Rand will bind the Nine Moons to him.

As an aside, I think the "Sword of Peace slaying his people" refers to Rand telling the Aiel about their past as followers of the Way of the Leaf.

Plus, Egwene actually knows from her Dreams that she has to work together with the Seanchan:
"Rand confronting her [Egwene], and the women with her, and one of them was a Seanchan.

Well, she did say at the end of tGS that she wanted to train the former Damane as AS ... Elayne has several in custody and Mat's got Seta and Bethamin. Any one of these options can fulfill this Dream.

And:
"She [Egwene] was struggling up a narrow, rocky path along the face of a towering cliff. Clouds surrounded her, hiding the ground below and the crest above, yet she knew that both were very far away. [...] Abruptly, the ledge dropped away from under her with the crack of crumbling stone, and she caught frantically at the cliff, fingers scrabbling to find a hold. [...] Suddenly a woman appeared, clambering down the sheer side of the cliff out of the clouds, making her way as deftly as if she were walking down stairs. There was a sword strapped to her back. Her face wavered, never settling clearly, but the sword seemed as solid as the stone. The woman reached Egwene's level and held out one hand. 'We can reach the top together,' she said in a familiar drawling accent."

Since Egwene knows that her Dreams come true, this could convince her to try to make peace with the Seanchan before TG.

On the other hand, Tuon might also get a Foretelling from Elaida to convince her that she has to make peace with Rand & the WT in order to defeat the Shadow. Besides that, the Seanchan will probably soon realize that sul'dam (and thus Tuon herself) are channelers as well. This should fundamentally change their society.

What do you think will convince the Seanchan and the Aes Sedai to make peace?

Several thoughts here,

1. It's a reference to the LB and the Seanchan being there along with the AS, maybe even the Seanchan making a last minute appearance and saving the day.

2. It's a Dream that will never come true because certain circumstances have changed since she had it, Dreamers aren't Foretellers

3. One of the aforementioned Seanchan Channelers is the Seanchan in question and winds up helping Egwene somehow, perhaps in defeating one of the FS
