Unlikely that we will see Seanchan in the next book...

I just finished reading tGH and came across where the Aes Sedai who created the first adam was leashed by the early Seanchan and that her screams shook the towers of Midnight... Does this mean that we might see scenes on the Seanchan Mainland? Either way, there should be major parts involving the Seanchan in the next book... I cant wait
It's said that there is chaos now and Tuon says that she needs to gather more strength before returning.
Besides that, RJ made clear that the outrigger novels will deal with Tuon and Mat reconquering Seanchan. IIRC, RJ also said that it is very unlikely that we will see more of Seanchan in the books.
Finally, BS stated that the chosen title of the next book was precisely "Towers of Midnight" (after Harriet's wish) not "THE Towers of Midnight". That indicates that it rather has a symbolical meaning and refers to the many other important towers in the books, but doesn't really point to THE Towers of Midnight.
