At the very least they'll decide not to leash anymore channelers, and free any damane who want to be free. I think we'll see a hint that the WT is going to have a sudden influx of sul'dam who've lost jobs, but we won't see that in the series.
I just wonder what it will take for Tuon to come around. She has seen firsthand that sul'dam can learn to channel, and she falls into this category as well. She justifies herself by saying she doesn't want to learn, (or something like that), but how does that square in her mind with all the leashed damane that never got to make that decision? (Yes, they would have channeled sooner or later since they were sparkers. But, they could have chose to not channel after they survived the early touching sickness, too.)
Originally the Seanchan were only catching the Sparkers, but with the advent of forkroot, they are now catching everyone with the ability to learn, too. So, many of those women wearing leashes will be exactly like Tuon, but w/o the ability to decide not to learn.
This is only semi-related, but I think half of the reason Renna died is because RJ just couldn't see how to make it realistic that Egwene could ever forgive her. She'll definitely have trouble with Seta, but not quite as much.
I hadn't really thought about it, but I think you're right. It certainly looks like Egwene will meet up with Seta sooner or later.

wishful thinking if you ask me. The point is "freedom" from leashes. Having the take oaths is worse. *NM*

I'd rather see them keep the a'dam, and just leash all the current sul'dam

Fortuona didn't save Egwene and a Fourth Oath to an Empress is worse than what Elaida wanted.

It refers to part of Egwene's dream that is yet unfulfilled. It COULD mean Tuon save her. *NM*
