You are recommending switching one form of slavery for another... not a solution, just a less brutal (at surface level) version.

If I was a woman channelers I'd be heading to the Wise Ones or the Wind Finders looking to learn... funny how we've yet to see DFs in those organizations and they don't need a'dam or Oath Rods to manage it.

AS become BA because they are power hungry b*tches, not because they are pre-disposed as a Channeler.
