I don't think Egwene's the type of person to let a non-Aes Sedai deal with a black sister. Now that she's the Amyrlin she'll be the type that tries to sweep all the Black Ajah info under the rug so as not to further sully the image of the White Tower. Even though she respects the Wise Ones, she'll prefer to send sisters to deal with the black sisters with Rand, and most likely she'll send a large number of already tested sisters to do so. In this way, she can test all of Rand's tame Aes Sedai and not risk any escaping.
