During her talk with Ferane and the other Whites in TGS, ch.16, Egwene elaborates what she will do concerning Rand, once she is Amyrlin and the WT united again:
No she doesn't. She is stating what she WOULD have done in Elaida's case. She says as much when they point out that she knows him. I think Egwene will now soon send her embassy to Rand (probably they will plan to Travel to Cairhien, Tear and Illian till they evnetually find Rand), so that Rand & Co. learn that Egwene has become the Amyrlin of the united WT, that the BA was expelled and Elaida captured by the Seanchan. She might offer a meeting in person in Tar Valon or at some other place. Likely the embassy will also already tell Rand about Verin's revelations, especially the names of certain BA (especially those bonded to Rand like Elza and Nalaene Forrell, but e.g. also that Alviarin, Galina and Sheriam are/were leaders), Aran'gar as the Forsaken among the Rebels, Mesaana in the WT and possibly about other DF.
Why would she tell him this, aside from exposing any current, living Blacks among his entourage, and those only if he refuses to allow them to return to the Tower for unspecified questioning? What point to telling the Dragon Reborn exactly how infested and potentially untrustworthy the Tower is? Given how thoroughly the Black Ajah compromised the Tower, their credibility would take a serious hit. She has no reason for telling Rand any of this unless he balks at cooperation on grounds of concern about the Black Ajah. Is the best way to impress the Dragon Reborn with your authority really to tell him: "My first Keeper, whom you have never met nor would you give a damn about, was Black Aja!"
It's clear that Egwene has to send very capable and experienced AS, whom she can definitely trust. Therefore I suggest that the embassy will consist of Siuan (the Blue), Leane (the Green) and Meidani (the Gray as leader). To send the former Amyrlin and her Keeper would honor Rand (besides, Leane is a charming woman.. ).
And in the past, Egwene has demonstrated hostility to such women, and would not allow anyone she thought would act that way towards Rand within a mile of him. She also knows exactly how unimpressed he is with Aes Sedai titles or Ajahs. She OUGHT to know that none of that Ajah political crap means anything to him, since she was there and argued with him about Galina's Ajah. You may recall how on that occasion, HE was the one who was open to cooperating with Reds, and she was the one saying no Red could be an ally or follower of Rand.Egwene also noted how successful Meidani must have been in the past, when she visited her rooms in TGS, ch.12, and saw the many gifts Meidani got during her work as a mediator. Plus, via TAR Egwene could stay in contact with Siuan.
Or ANYONE. Siuan is not a dreamwalker, and Egwene would be a hypocrite if she let Siuan keep the Sleepweaver for her exclusive personal use.I think this combination of the embassy would makes plot-wise some sense, too. One can expect that the Warders of the AS I mentioned and maybe some additonal soldiers accompany the embassy as an honor guard. This would allow the opportunity to bind yet another Great Captain to Rand, namely Bryne.
Why would she want that? Much better to have her own Great Captain, in case Rand screws up, no? Plus, some people speculated that Tam might fall in love with Leane.
Who? And on what do they base such specualtion? This could soon happen, if Leane is part of the embassy. Finally, once Moiraine is rescued, and if there is a great reunion of the most important characters in Caemlyn, there could be a very touching scene of Siuan seeing her oldest friend Moiraine again, whom she considered to be dead.
Pfft.

Yep. That's why she probably WOULD tell him, but she'd be reluctant at best. *NM*
