I'd say the "One who is no longer" is Setalle Anan and the treasure

I'm not sure if this one has been discussed or not yet. Some of those threads at Dragonmount are way too long for me to read through.
I've been curious about this before, even before Sanderson made his comments. I've even made a post about it before, but I think people had a different interpretation of this passage than I did.
Here is the quote:
"All three had this dream, which makes it especially significant.
Rain, coming from a bowl. There are snares and pitfalls around the bowl. If the right hands pick it up, they will find a treasure perhaps as great as the bowl. If the wrong hands, the world is doomed. The key to finding the bowl is to find the one who is no longer."
What is this treasure perhaps as great as the bowl? It apparently may be one of the items that Elayne and Nynaeve extracted from the Kin's stash.
I've scoured the list of objects before, and I'm personally not sure which one may have great significance to the rest of the story. However, I don't think it is inconceivable that there might be there indeed was a 'treasure' found on that day other than bowl.
I believe some people have suggested that the Kin was the treasure, but I don't think so because Elayne would have already had the Kin regardless of whether they were able to obtain the Bowl of Winds.
If anyone has ideas, feel free to share

IMO is probably the knife that hides you from the Shadow. Other possible choice is the librarian ter'angreal that is potentially a source for a lot of new (or old depending on how you look at it) knowledge.
