Theory: I think Mesaana will "capture" or confront Egwene, and be on the verge of killing her, when the Bloodknife will come out from the shadows and stab Mesaana (thinking she is one of the tower AS who must be killed).
I can't imagine that the BK will help Egwene purposely as they are emotionless killing machines. The only other possibilities for Egwene's rescuers are Tylee and Eagnin - both of whom are far from the WT (unless Tylee convinces Tuon to cease the war against the WT, but that's not as direct as I would think the Dream suggests).

I had considered the possibility that a female bloodknife might end up fulfilling that prophecy (mainly because the other Seanchan characters are nowhere near the WT), but couldn't imagine any scenario that made sense. Your idea that she might inadverdantly save Egwene, rather than deliberately, is plausible and also well in keeping with the style of the series.
