With Dobraine sent first to Arad Domain then to Tear, who is Rand's Stewart in Cairhien? Berelain is with Perrin so she is not in charge. Does anyone remember if someone else was appointed?

Seems like Rand has left no one minding the store. Or Brandon was too busy with other threads to pay attention to it.

I always thought that Rand's intention to have Elayne take the throne in Cairhin was not the best choice. Even with travelling, she will have her hands full with Andor. Galad would be a much better choice and would have a good claim on the throne too.
