You mean like at the end of TEotW or at the end of TGH?
Rand: I won... again....
Ishy: Yeah, not really... again....

Rand: I won... again....
Ishy: Yeah, not really... again....

Or, like the very first chapter (well, prologue) of the entire series.
IMO, we will have a few more of those moments.
Regardless, there is plenty left for the Light to do - even ignoring the stuff about TG. Mesaana may pull a number on Egwene, the Bloodknives are lurking, and I still think that one of Rand's followers is actually a DF (I suspect Sorilea or Bair may be, as they were the only two to see Cadsuane set the trap on the chest with the Sad Bracelets and CK - we also see Sorilea pick up weaves after only seeing them once). Demandred's appearance will likely come as a shock, Mat will probably leave the ToG and come face-to-face with the Gholam, Fain will cause some chaos, Perrin and Slayer need to face off - and Slayer may well disguise himself as Rand. Taim is unresolved. Tuon and the Seanchan aren't either, though it appears that Mat actually has more power in that arena than he realises. Alanna is bonded to Rand, Nynaeve hasn't beating the *** out of Myrelle yet and taken Lan's bond, we have no idea what the Borderlanders (and Hurin) are up to. Aviendha needs to become a WO, and I'm fairly sure that the BA that Elayne captured will break free (which is why I applaud Egwene for just killing them. Most sensible thing done to date). Verin's letters (there's more than just that given to Mat) no doubt contain much of interest. The list goes on.
The question may not be "will the Shadow win", but rather, to paraphrase Rand, "will what is left after TG be worth the cost?" Each of the above plot threads has the potential to result in significant harm to Randland or to major characters. The Light may well win, but at what cost?

If the Dark One wins, and destroys the Pattern, becomes the Creator and the Creator becomes the DO

I used to hope for that, but the DO quotes and his choice of followers make it hard to like him. *NM*

This is why fanfiction of soap operas and comics can be more entertaining than the real thing.

Only if the DO isn't quite what we think he/it is.

No, there is no sense that the Shadow can or will win.

I always had the sense that the DO's minions are really just meant to be distractions
