Verin tells:

"The oaths one makes to the Great Lord are quite specific," [...] "And, when they are placed upon one who can channel, they are quite binding. Impossible to break. You can double-cross other Darkfriends, you can turn against the Chosen if you can justify it. Selfishness must be preserved. But you can never betray him. You can never betray the order itself to outsiders. But the oaths are specific. Very specific. 'I swear not to betray the Great Lord, to keep my secrets until the hour of my death.'[...] "A curious hole in the oaths, [...] to allow one to effect a betrayal in the final hour of one's life. I cannot help wondering if the Great Lord knows of it. Why wouldn't he close that hole?"

One of the three Oaths is cited by Verin. Considering the rest of what Verin said, the other two Oaths probably also try to prevent a betrayal, likely: "I swear not to betray other members of the Black Ajah until the hour of my death", and maybe "I swear not to betray plans of the Shadow/DF plans until the hour of my death", or something like that.



Two are known:
1. How can I cleanse saidin?
2. How can I win and survive the Last Battle?

The third Q&A isn't known. Considering that Rand didn't really know what to do next in the beginning of TSR, it makes sense that he asked something like: "What am I supposed to do as next step?". Maybe the Aelfinn told him then, that he needs to go to the Waste and get a nation of warriors to follow him (according to Rand, the Aelfinn just didn't mention Rhuidean, though).

Alternatively, Rand might have asked if he should return to the Two Rivers, since he heard the rumor that Fain is there with Whitecloaks. The Aelfinn told him of course, not to go there; so Perrin did instead (Rand mentions that to Mat after both return from Finnland).
