First, actually being BOUND by the oaths would be absolutely unacceptable to her.

Second, they half a person's lifetime. Which might not matter to her if she's truly been granted immortality, but we don't actually know the nature of the promised immortality, so it might still be a factor.

True, there is a reasonably good chance that she could get her hands on the oaths and unswear them - but it's far from certain. I don't think she'd risk it.
