Reanne was over 410 years old, and she had already gray hair and wrinkles. Alivia is also over 400 years old and shows first signs of her age. So, I would estimate that the natural lifespan is probably indeed generally around 600-800 years. IIRC, it also depends on your OP strength. Of course, the Aiel have a harsh life. Maybe therefore not that many become so old. On the other hand, the standard of living in the AoL (before the War of Power, at least) was very high; so perhaps channelers could even become older then.
