Probably she visited some of her eyes & ears to gather informations in the beginning of TGH, after the long travel. Maybe she also checked if the Waygate near Fal Dara is still secure.
Moiraine probably could identify Sammael and Be'lal, since she read this book about the Forsaken in TGH and figured out who is who.

The entire reason behind her searching for the Dragon Reborn is explicitly revealed in New Spring. Add to that her interactions with Siuan and her viewpoints I would say there is zero chance she is Black Ajah. I would even say that trhough the books she's in that she doesn't even know what to do with the DR after she found him.
