Isn't there a quote about Egwene not being able to heal more than a bruise? Or am I thinking Elayne?
Actually, Elayne can and does Heal bruises. Egwene has never Healed anything. Fionwe1987's assertion reflects badly on her, since according to him, she would rather let people suffer than embarass herself by not Healing them in spectacular fashion. I simply understand the words by the original author which say she lacks even Elayne's facility.

Couple that with the Green knowing full well she considers herself a Green in spirit if not actuality
Actually, Egwene herself says the opposite.

This entire scene is part of BS building to Egwene being of all Ajah and none IMO.
Well, it could have been done far more intelligently by emphasizing actual aspects of her character, rather than bizarely making stuff up, and having her win straw man debates against intellectual cannon fodder. And how does her continued expression of alignment with the Green help this end? She does think that way in KoD, but I find her claims of association with the Greens to be implausible. Such an argument is too easily refuted and comes uncomfortably close to the mortal sin of falsely claiming an Ajah. I cannot believe Egwne would ever do something like this. If she is truly trying to establish her nuetrality, I cannot see her being dumb enough to blurt out her favoring of the Greens. Perhaps hinting at such in a private discussion with only Greens present, but not to Whites or Yellows! To each Ajah, she should (and I believe she would) be presenting herself as NOT of the other Ajahs, while allowing the perceived similarities of her to that Ajah to stand. Egwene is, whatever her other shortcomings, a woman with a good eye for currying favor and aligning herself with a group. She would be ham-handedly blundering about in the fashion B-Sand portrays, saved only by the greater ineptitude & apparent unsophistication of the other sisters.
