It's been a few years since I've re-read the series, but I never remember this being mentioned by any characters.

I always thought the Tower that Elida was making to be her's would become the new black tower and the new home of the AM, just because that would seem to make sence in terms of male and female channelers starting to get together more. I'm not saying I think we'll see it in the series, but I think if the outrigger novels were ever done we would have heard something about it.
