Is it possible that Lanfear had some kind of hidden angreal that made everyone think she was stronger than she was, and it was taken away from Cyndane? I don't really know how the sensing of abilities works; if another channeler could tell you were using an angreal if they couldn't see it or not.


I was wondering the same thing. I don't think Lanfear wishing from the Finns is entirely ruled out. Perhaps she wised to be the strongest female channeler and the Finns put and angreal inside of her, which was then lost when she died.
