I am betting on it. She gave Mat 30 days if he doesn't open the letter, and at the rate everything is moving, that seems like plenty of time for a battle to take place. And that would fit in with her not being able to betray the Shadow, as that would be a major part of their plans.
And yeah, the Horn of Valere too, probably.
