Graendal was widely assumed to be the one behind the compulsion placed on Jan Farstrider to turn him in to Noal. Whether this means he is now a darkfriend or not i do not know, but what of the orders that he was given? Does Noal carry them out what ever they may be or is he waiting forever for the signal that will never come from Graendal now she is dead? most curiously is how will his being tainted affect his entering in to the land of the Aelfin when even questions regarding the shadow are dangerous?
