I don't see any forsaken willing to let themselves be bound by and binder. For one, it could be the equivalent of a death sentence with as old as they are (we simply don't know the implications of a 500 year old channeler becoming bound).
Also, there's too much of a risk that they won't be able to remove the oaths.
